FREE HEALTH LAB ™ TREATS WITH YOUR ORDERS IN OCTOBER

During the month of October, Health Lab™ is giving our customers a FREE treat with your orders

There's no minimum spend. Valid from 1 October 2023 until 31 October 2023 or until stock runs out.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Eligibility: The Instagram Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

• Participants must be at least 16 years old.
• Participants must be following both @thebodsociety and @healthlab on Instagram.
• Participants must comply with all entry requirements outlined in the Giveaway post.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on 1 October 2023 and ends on 8 October at 9pm (AWST). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Follow @thebodsociety and @healthlab on Instagram.
• Tag a friend in the comments of the designated Giveaway post on the Bod Society X Health Lab™ feed post.

4. Prize: One lucky winner will receive a prize consisting of:

• A $250 voucher for products from The Bod Society.
• $250 worth of Health Lab™'s healthy treats.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from the eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The winner will be announced on 9 October on the Giveaway post and via our story.

6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days after the announcement. The winner must respond within 3 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification, and another winner will be selected.

7. Prize Claim: Upon confirming their win, the winner will be provided with instructions on how to claim their prize. The prize will be delivered to the winner's specified address. The Bod Society and Health Lab™ are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or misdirected packages.

8. Publicity Release: By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow The Bod Society and Health Lab™ to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing channels.
