Quality first

Let's talk packaging

We're doing our part to eliminate as much landfill as possible. This has been a long and eye-opening journey and we are continually evolving as more information comes to light within the skincare and beauty industries.

We have poured our heart and soul into finding packaging solutions that don't cost the earth and we spend a lot of time researching and trialling materials for our products and our refill systems, so that we can offer the most sustainable options for our customers.

From our product packaging to our mailing and shipping packaging, we've chosen to opt for 100% recyclable materials, right down to the tape and filler beans that we use.

Chosing a more sustainable option for sending goods across the country and even to New Zealand doesn't mean we compromise on the safety of your products. We use alternatives to bubble wrap that are just as safe, to ensure your goods arrive safely.

Refills

Over the years, we've learned that achieving complete eco-friendliness is challenging and requires the cooperation of both us and our customers. It's essential for customers to dispose of their packaging correctly, which sometimes means sending it back to us or dropping it off at designated recycling locations. Our refill system offers a more sustainable way to stock up on your favorite products, but many are unaware that refill sachets are classified as soft plastics and can be difficult to recycle properly.

We’re excited to announce that we are among the first skincare companies in Australia to introduce a new program for recycling soft plastics through your kerbside collection! While testing and planning are still underway, we aim to have this program implemented by the end of 2024.
